We live 400 miles from Funtime RV, we called, spoke with Joel McKaig who said they had a 20' Surveyor in on consignment. He said it was better then new! We decided to make the trip, pulling our trade-in with us; hoping Joel was telling us the truth as we have been disappointed before at other RV dealers. Upon arrival we met with Brooke & Joel, looked at the Surveyor; it was exactly as Joel promised & more. We rate Funtime RV a "10"! Thank you to everyone!

Our entire experience with Funtime RV was fantastic. We were shown several coaches and were under no pressure whatsoever. We found what we were searching for and arrangements were made. The service department installed the fifth wheel hitch - great job! The walk through with Joseph was fantastic! We didn't miss a thing and he answered all our questions. The final paperwork went smoothly. One of the best experiences we've had in buying vehicles.

Making the switch to a trailer was a great choice for us…at this time in our life. My hat is off to your husband’s company…and am so glad to help out our fellow Oregonians. The product is very well engineered and well constructed…detail, great…love the open floor plan…as you know I was in the RV and Manufactured housing business for over 30 years…and have seen many companies come and go… They should continue to do very well…

JD, We purchased a new 5th Wheel, Wildcat 313RL recently and I just wanted to make a few comments regarding the sale and the service after the sale. We ordered the 5th Wheel the last week in Sep of 2011 and took delivery the 3rd of February 2012. There were a couple of concerns we had along the way but nothing that wasn’t finally resolved. I have discussed a couple of the concerns with Floyd and don’t feel we need to bring them up again. I would like to make a couple of comments regarding the after and even before the sale was completed. First I would like to thank the folks in Service for all the help that was given to me showing me the trailer, discussing some of the features of the 313 vs the Sterling. By the time I talked with Floyd my mind was made up as to which trailer I wanted. After the sale Stephen, Vicky, Bonnie, and Joseph have taken care of any and all concerns we had. They were very professional and concerned with every thing they did and that was requested. Over the last couple of years we have experienced the same professionalism with all the service that was done on our trailer. Your service department was the reason that we came here when we started looking for a new 5th wheel. I don’t know how you do your commissions for the salesmen but I feel that the service department deserve a portion of the commission as they were the real reason we came back for the new one. Again thanks a lot and we are enjoying the trailer as we are living in it full time now.
